Club News

Rifle Division at Pistol Matches
NCPS has a RIFLE division for shooters who want to shoot their three gun rifles at regularly scheduled pistol matches. There are some differences with how the stage will be shot and set up from the pistols. Please check out the rules and procedure for specifics on how this will be done. The two gun limit still applies, so your second gun can either be your rifle or another pistol, but not both.

Award Policy
NCPS will be awarding primers at each regularly scheduled pistol match. Ron Troyer has graciously agreed to oversee the distribution of the primers. They will be awarded at the conclusion of each match, and competitors will have until the end of the following match to pick up their primers. Any primers not claimed become the property of NCPS.

Match Schedule

NCPS holds an approved USPSA match on the 4th Sunday of each month. Registration opens around 8:15, walk through starts when all stages are set up, about 9:15 - 9:30, with shooting starting immediately after the walk through.

Matches are held at the Action Pistol range of the Sacramento Valley Shooting Center, southeast of Sacramento between Rancho Murieta and Latrobe.
